So off to the fixture store .....Formerly the crystals were hiding in here.
I found the perfect acrylic tray which holds one row of my crystal boxes. Fortunately for me Mark installed slot wall in my studio.
Kits used to behind these closed doors making visual inventory difficult.
Another perfect solution, they are out in the open, easy to see and I gained storage for shipping supplies etc which belong behind closed doors.
I'm happy with these improvements and although I have some more cleaning up to do, it's a great start!
It must be a "de-clutter" time of year! I just did a studio reorganization, too, and wrote about it in my blog. I love the turquoise blue - what a great color :)
ReplyDeleteI so need to do this. I've been pricing gridwall, hadn't thought of slatwall. I too want all my beads on show....I'm so sick of rooting through boxes for the right bead.
ReplyDeletedo you label your boxes so you know what color in case you need more?
ReplyDeleteMarcia, where do you get the boxes in which your crystals are stored? I just bought this amazing old cupboard with narrow, slanted shelves and I think those boxes would fit perfectly inside!
ReplyDeleteIt must be in the air ... I realized that I need easy visible access to my beads.... I just have to many of them and I tend to forget what I have.
