I'm going to miss you!

Dreaming up what was going to go in the box each day was fun, arranging and photographing it was fun, knowing I was going to share it with you was fun, but the really fun part was getting to know you,....and I'm going to miss that.

So my plea is don't stop checking in once the blog hop is over, because I've really loved hearing from you. 604 comments in a week! A record. And you took the time to make thoughtful comments. I loved hearing that some of you read every day. See you know me, but I don't always know you, and I want to. Fatima wrote for the first time I think, and of course I recognize a few regulars and some of you who've shared the classroom.

And because it has all been so much fun, I think I'll do it again. Probably not for sevens days, but I will be posting once a month a mini give away....one day a month I'll pick something from the studio to share with you, after all, we all have the love of the bead in common.

Come by tomorrow to see what the last day holds, and don't forget to check on Thursday to see who the lucky winner of the grand prize will be. And if you missed it, I will also be giving away 5 sets of instructions to the Dream Keeper Vessel ring.

Thank you for visiting me here!

I have been here reading everyday for a long time and will continue with or without the give aways! But it sure has been fun! And 604 comments in one week is a whole lot of love and lot of sharing! Thanks for inspiring that!

And that photo of you is beautiful! I love the colors...they are so perfectly your colors!

Well, Helen, Tia and Debra have said it all. Living in a really small town, just reading what everyone in the Bigger Bead world is doing is a great way to spend a little time every evening. Happy Holidays to all of you!

Marcia, I read your posts every time I see your name pop up! I find that I do not have enough hours in the day to blog, bead, cook and clean so we do alot of instant meals and the dust covers it all up...lol Congratulations on the 600+ comments. One never tires of hearing from friends and students. It is good to know that there are real people out in blogland who appreciate you and your talents!
Sharon
p.s. Merry Christmas to you and to all of your family!

I have to admit I started reading because of the give away but it has been such fun that I plan to continue. I love your hair. It reminds me of Jay Leno's with the silver & the dark in front. Mines just turning silver all over. At least it hasn't fallen out. Had a friend that happened to & I felt so bad for her. Enjoy your holidays.

It's been such fun hopping from blog to blog and seeing all the inspirational things that you've all shown us. I've followed you over on Facebook as well as seeing your blogs so maybe I'll get to meet you in person at a class in the future - it's on my To Do Wishes :)
Btw I adore how you've colour co-ordinated everything today, including the rug!

Marcia, I read your blog each day since May. I love reading about very creative persons like you and I love seeing what kind of beading other people do. It makes me feel like I'm part of a big artistic community. Here, in Montréal (Québec), I don't know if there is people doing the kind of bead embroidery you do, but I would love to meet some. Sabine Lippert, Smadar Grossman and you really inspire me...but you're all so far from here. I took a few workshops here and there, but they're all pretty basics. As far as I know, It seems there is a lot of bead stringing people here but not too many bead embroiderers. All what I know about bead embroidery, I learned in books. We need people like you (or you?...) here!

My New Year's resolution is to be a better blog responder. I love reading about your travels, beading, knitting and grand babies. Your in my blog roll and I read every post. I am thankful our paths have crossed in person and I am looking forward to the next time.

I, too, resolve to be a better responder. I read about 7 blog every day, but sadly I haven't been very good at letting you all know how much it means to me to be able to see into your lives and loves. I do learn so much, and get so much inspiration for my own work. Thank you for being here for me.

Hey there, I think you have more steady readers than you think. I too check your blog all the time, just so I can drool over all that gorgeous bling you whip up. In the future I won't be shy to comment though, seeing as you enjoy it so much. Thanks for your generosity with this give away and wishing you a Merry Xmas.

Strange isn't it, I've read your blog for some time but rarely comment. It just never occurred to me that it might be a two way process. I've learned a lot about the design process, seen colour combinations that have sent me to my stash, realised that beaded elements can be combined in different ways to different effect and much much more. Your next book will be on my present list for sure.
For all of this, as well as the blog hop, thank you.

Hi Marcia,
Don't worry, we'll still be there, give away or no give away because it's always so much fun and pleasure to read your blog and share your world !
Have a nice day,
Ingrid
PS :this is a very nice carpet you've got under your table !

I was actually quite surprised at myself for not reading your blog already. I own your book and just love it. I'll be checking in as a regular reader from now on, though. ;-)

I echo these sentiments... how would I start my day without a Marcia moment? My team know that there's no point speaking to me until I've read your blog (and consumed an espresso).

I didn't even know I could post - I don't have a blog - before or you'd have felt lots of love from Portland! Have read and enjoyed your blog for ages. The give away was just the incentive I needed to try. I'm among the many who will keep reading.

Hi Marcia,

Just wanted you to know that the lovely Black and White ringlets kit arrived with me safely and it was so beautifully presented in the lovely Tiffany Blue box...I have to admit that I just reused it to pack a friend's birthday gift - she loved it too!

I always read your blog via my Google Reader - so even if I am not commenting I am taking in all the lovely news you share.

Merry Christmas

I was a regular reader of your blog, and I will continue reading. Maybe I should react more often, so you won't miss the comments on your posts.

So far as I'm concerned a new give-away won't be neccessary... I also love your blog without that.
